Lemon balm supports and relaxes the nervous system. Traditionally used to regulate the immune system and support digestive flow. Lemon balm is most commonly used to aid sleep and reduce stress.
Goat’s rue properties act as a galactagogue and hypoglycaemic. Traditionally used to support lactation and blood sugar regulation.
Ashwaganda is known as an adaptogenic herb due to the tonic effect on the adrenals and nervous system. In traditional herbal medicine ashwaganda is used to treat exhaustion, anaemia and physical weakness.
The volatile oils found in lemongrass are found to support cell repair and regulate bowel function. Lemongrass also helps to improve circulation.
Fenugreek has been shown to support breast milk production. Fenugreek also helps to soothe, calm and repair the digestive tract in Bubs belly.
With its naturally occurring anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and galactagogue properties fennel has traditionally been used to treat intestinal colic, pharyngitis and poor lactation.
